ENJOYED YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH PAGE? HOPING FOR MORE?
WHAT'S NEXT?
WHAT'S NEXT?
PAGE is eager to provide more: more enrichment, more events, more opportunities for gifted kids to find peers and find their passions.
First, we recommend our resource guide:
https://www.wakepage.org/resources.html If that's an overwhelming first step, try first this great podcast episode set from NCAGT featuring Dr. Richard Courtright. Part 1: https://rss.com/podcasts/ncagtpodcast/742634/ Part 2: https://rss.com/podcasts/ncagtpodcast/742645/ Then, please consider following our Facebook page and commenting so you'll have an opportunity to share experiences and engage with other Wake County parents who understand the joys and challenges raising and teaching gifted kids: https://www.facebook.com/wakepage |
If you want to help PAGE supercharge our offerings, what we most need are more minds and hands! PAGE is currently run by a 3-member board and we seek additional board members, longer-term volunteers, and one-time event volunteers. We specifically hope to add a member who can help us pool resources from the local companies who hope to hire and employ these gifted students in future years. Their support and resources now would be a huge win-win for children struggling to find or access enrichment opportunities, especially gifted learners who are from low income families, representing racial or ethnic minorities, and English language learners.
